The Novo Nordisk Foundation increases health focus in 2030 plan

In a new plan extending until 2030, the Novo Nordisk Foundation spotlights the preparedness against future pandemics and the prevention and treatment of diseases like obesity, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

The Novo Nordisk Foundation’s new 2030 plan focuses on ”solving pressing global societal challenges” and includes three central themes, the foundation has announced in a press release.

The plan’s three key themes are: ”people’s health, the sustainability of society and the planet and boosting Denmark’s life science ecosystem.”
