Genmab nominates Eli Lilly veteran as board member

Genmab has nominated a successor to Jonathan Peacock, who stepped down from the company’s board of directors last year. The appointee is a woman with more than 24 years of experience at Eli Lilly.

Genmab proposes Elizabeth O’Farrell be elected as a member of the board of directors at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting on March 29, a press release announces.
