ALK proposes to split shares into 20

Allergy company ALK will propose to split shares at its upcoming annual general meeting on March 16, according to a notice to convene.

The board of directors’ proposal entails splitting one share into 20 by amending A, AA and B shares from DKK 10 each to DKK 0.50 each or multiples thereof (USD 1.52 to USD 0.076).
