Leo Pharma looks for CEO with capital markets experience ahead of IPO

Four months into Jesper Brandgaard's tenure as chairman of the board at Leo Pharma, CEO Catherine Mazzacco is stepping down. Now, the hunt for a new CEO to take the company through an initial public offering process begins.

Just four months after becoming chairman of the board at Leo Pharma, Jesper Brandgaard has found himself working with the daily activities at the company.

Catherine Mazzacco, who has been President and CEO at the company since August 2019, is on her way out, meaning that Jesper Brandgaard is becoming a "working chairman" while CFO Anders Kronborg steps in as acting CEO.
