ALK execs sell shares worth USD 4m

The CEO and CFO at ALK have sold shares in the allergy firm for DKK 26.5m (USD 4m).

Allergy firm ALK's CEO, Carsten Hellmann, and CFO, Søren Jelert, have sold shares worth DKK 26.5m (USD 4m), a company announcement states.

Responsible for the lion's share of the transactions is CEO Hellmann. On Nov. 12, he exercised his stock options and purchased 7,736 shares at DKK 802.3 (USD 122.3) per share, equating to just over DKK 6.2m (USD 946,005).
