IO Biotech prepares for IPO in the US
IO Biotech, which is based in Copenhagen, has begun the preparations for a listing in the US. Less than a year ago, the biotech company brought in USD 147.2m (DKK 944m) in a series B funding round.

Copenhagen-based biotech company IO Biotech seeks a listing in the US, reports Danish financial daily Børsen, referring to a filing that the firm has sent to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
