The covid-19 pandemic has shown the strengths and weaknesses of modern society - but Morten Søgaard, Head of Target Sciences at Pfizer, does not believe we are sufficiently prepared for future pandemics.

"I think a wider discussion needs to be had about why we have done so little to protect ourselves from pandemics," he says.
