Novo Holdings beats records in 2020 and earns DKK 29bn

Novo Holdings, which owns Novo Nordisk and has investments in multiple life science companies, has lifted the veil on its 2020 return, and the firm's investments in the life science sector have increased significantly.

In spite of a highly unusual pandemic year, Novo Holdings has raked in record sums in 2020.

The Danish holding and investment company has ownership of Novo Nordisk and Novozymes, and it is responsible for business legs Novo Seeds and Novo Ventures, and this has turned into lucrative business in 2020, according to the firm's annual report.
