Novo Nordisk loses court case against Sanofi over Danish press statement

French pharmaceutical company Sanofi has won a case at the Danish Maritime and Commercial Court on Novo Nordisk's home ground on violations of Marketing Practices Act.

Novo Nordisk was just served a punch to the stomach on its home turf in Denmark and has lost a major legal in-fight against its arch rival Sanofi, after the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court judged in favor of Sanofi on every count, more or less.
