EU advocates general says Lundbeck's DKK 700 million fine is justified

Lundbeck should not be able to get out of a DKK 700 million (USD 105 million) fine, an EU advocates general has said to the judge who will rule on Lundbeck's appeal.

Lundbeck's DKK 700 million (USD 105 million) fine should be upheld by the EU judge, says the EU's advocates general.

Lundbeck was slapped with the fine by the general EU Court, which later upheld the decision. The case then proceeded to the EU Court of Justice, as the pharmaceutical company is appealing the ruling.
