Denmark: Violation of good manufacturing practice is source of contaminated antibiotic

There have been some clear and pretty basic violations of EU rules for good manufacturing practices (GMP) at the contract manufacturing organization that made the antibiotic Dicillin that infected Danish and Icelandic patients with multiresistant bacteria, says the Danish Medicines Agency.
