Novo Nordisk Foundation donation to send Danish STEM students to Silicon Valley

A DKK 11.2m (USD 1.5m) donation will form a bridge that stretches from Denmark to Silicon Valley, where students will get the chance to work at start-ups.

One of Denmark’s most affluent funds, the Novo Nordisk Foundation, wants to strengthen life science in its home country, and has therefore just made a DKK 11.2m (USD 1.5m) donation to International Bioinnovation Scholarship Program, a press release announces.
