Google app will help detect skin ailments

There are ten billion Google searches for skin, nail and hair diseases every year. The company wants to help, but a British doctor has concerns.


Most people have probably experienced looking at their skin and discovering a minor issue like a new mole that they want to have checked out.

Now, Google is releasing a new app which will help diagnose skin, nail or hair diseases using artificial intelligence and smartphone pictures, according to the BBC.
