Coloplast wins US appeal case over delay

The plaintiff had claimed that a Coloplast product caused injuries.

Coloplast has last week won an appeal case in the US regarding a product, Restorelle, after the opposing party failed to submit expert testimony in time, Bloomberg News reports.
