Ambu seeking to nominate founder's heir for board seat

Simon Hesse Hoffmann is already a part of the family council protecting the interests of the Ambu family, but his role might expand soon, as the medtech company is preparing to make him a board member.

Ambu’s board of directors has proposed that two new people be included, a suggestion which is subject to approval at the medtech company’s upcoming annual general meeting held in December.
