Though she was previously against gender quotas, Ambu’s new chief executive has had a change of heart.

Britt Meelby Jensen, the new chief executive of Danish medtech firm Ambu, is ready to utilize a radical measure to increase the number of female leaders within the company, she tells Danish financial media Berlingske.

Although the CEO was previously not in favor of gender quotas, she has become more positively minded toward them having observed no signs of improvement of the gender front.
