Ambu brings in new CFO from Roche

After a decade serving as Ambu’s CFO, Michael Højgaard is leaving the company. A replacement has been found at Swiss firm Roche.

Ambu is getting a new chief financial officer on June 1, when Thomas Schmidt takes over the job at the Danish medtech company, a press release announces.

The outgoing CFO, Michael Højgaard, is stepping down in May after a decade in the role. To ensure a smooth transition, he’ll collaborate closely with Schmidt for some time, according to the statement.
