Coloplast's USD 2.5bn acquisition is its biggest ever

The purchase of the Swedish company Atos Medical is the biggest of its kind for the Danish medtech company Coloplast.

On Monday, Coloplast reached an agreement with a global private equity firm PAI Partners regarding the Swedish medtech company Atos Medical.

The price tag of DKK 16bn (USD 2.5bn) makes this the biggest company acquisition made by the Danish medtech company, Coloplast confirms to MedWatch.
