Coloplast could win big on Polish reimbursement changes

The Polish Ministry of Health has increased the reimbursement amount for hydrophilic catheters, which Coloplast supplies. The Danish medtech company calls the new scheme a "breakthrough."

A change in the reimbursement scheme for catheters on the Polish market could significantly improve Coloplast's position in the country, the company reports in a press release on Tuesday morning.

In an email to MedWatch, Senior Media Relations Manager at Coloplast Peter Mønster confirms that the Polish plans will positively affect the Danish medtech company.
