Coloplast sets climate goals for executive bonus program

As part of its efforts to reduce its carbon footprint, the board at medtech giant Coloplast has proposed that sustainability criteria be incorporated into the executive bonus program.

As of next year, good financial results will no longer be enough to secure the maximum bonus available to executives at Coloplast – assuming a board proposal is approved at the company AGM in December.

Coloplast, the largest medtech company in Denmark, writes in its Q3 report that it is committed to ambitious climate action to limit the global temperature increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius, and that the company is therefore establishing a plan to reduce its CO2 emissions.
