Coloplast executive: We've had sexism cases, and they've been handled with zero tolerance

It's inevitable for sexism cases to occur in a company with 12,500 employees, says Camilla Møhl, the newly appointed Senior Vice President for People and Culture at Coloplast.

There have been sexism cases at Denmark's largest medtech company Coloplast, says the company's Senior Vice President for People and Culture Camilla Møhl, who on the same occasion ascertains that those cases were, and any potential future cases, will be handled with zero tolerance.

"We've had some cases outside Denmark over the years. They've been dealt with, and I'll just refer to my main point, which is that of zero tolerance," Møhl tells MedWatch.
