Eargo raises USD 100m from investment firm

US-based Eargo, which is run by a Dane, has entered an agreement with an investment firm which is injecting USD 100m into the company.

Hearing healthcare firm Eargo has made an agreement with an investor, Patient Square Capital, which is investing USD 100m in the firm.

The money will go towards paying off the company’s debt and realizing Eargo’s growth strategy. The firm sells cheap hearing aids online, allowing patients to avoid visits to clinics and hearing centers.
