Long-standing GN board member steps down

At GN Store Nord’s annual general meeting in March, Wolfgang Reim will vacate his position on the company’s board of directors, where he has been seated since 2008.

When GN Store Nord convenes in March for its annual general meeting, it will also be the last day at the company for German national Wolfgang Reim, the company’s meeting notice announces.

Reim has been on GN Store Nord’s board since June 2008, nearly 14 years. During his tenure, he has headed the board’s strategic committee with the aim of investigating new business areas, in additional to being a member of the board’s audit committee.
