GN Hearing acquires US-based online marketing platform for USD 94.8m

GN Hearing has bought US-based Lively, an online hearing care and digital marketing platform for consumers to purchase hearing solutions from licensed hearing care professionals, for DKK 625m (USD 94.8m).

GN Hearing has acquired 91 percent ownership of US-based online hearing care and digital marketing platform Lively for DKK 625m (USD 94.8m), it announces in a press release on Tuesday.

Lively, which is headquartered in New York, connects customers with its licensed hearing care professionals online in the US.
