Sonova loses Veterans Affairs market shares

Hearing aid manufacturers Demant and GN Hearing made sales advances in the US public sales channel in October, while Sonova lost market shares.

In October, Denmark-based Demant and GN Hearing saw progress with the public sales channel in the US Veterans Affairs (VA), which fits hearing aids for US military veterans.

The two Danish companies have taken territory from the world's biggest hearing aid manufacturer, Switzerland-based Sonova, which is still the clear market leader in the VA channel.
