Demant on the hunt for employees: "Even high-level people are on the phone"

Demant is trying new methods of attracting the most sought-after specialists as demand for skilled workers increases.

Finding skilled employees has always been a struggle for hearing healthcare company Demant. The pandemic has made it even more difficult.

"Currently, we have 110 vacant positions in Denmark, and we probably need to find 200 new employees by the end of the year," says Henrik Christiansen, VP of Human Resources at Demant.
