US OTC hearing aid channel back on Department of Health agenda

The US health department aims to have a hearing on publishing the regulatory framework for selling hearing aids over the course of the year.

The US sales channel for hearing aids, which will effectively establish a new category for over-the-counter sales, is back on the agenda at the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

This matter was registered on the ministry's official list of tasks for this half-year, the Spring 2021 Unified Agenda.
