GSK acquires full rights to Curevac collaboration vaccines

The new agreement includes an upfront payment of EUR 400m.

British pharmaceutical company GSK has signed a new agreement with German biotech company Curevac, giving the former full control over a number of clinical vaccine candidates developed through the two companies’ joint collaboration.
