Biogen's transitional agreement with Fujifilm on Danish factory has expired: Expects major business leg decline

The cash flow from Hillerød to Biogen in the US is finally over.

When Biogen entered into an agreement with Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies in 2019 to sell the former’s factory in Hillerød, Denmark, with 800 employees at the time, one of the conditions was a promise of a guaranteed minimum number of orders for the new owners, some of which were to come from Biogen’s existing customers.
