Amgen is said to agree to buy Horizon at USD 26bn valuation
After Sanofi and Johnson & Johnson backed out of acquisition talks with Horizon, US-based Amgen has reportedly agreed to pay USD 116.5 for each share to take over the biotech company, sources say.

Amgen Inc. has agreed to buy Horizon Therapeutics Plc at a valuation of about USD 26bn in what would be its biggest-ever acquisition, according to a person familiar with the matter.
