Since the pandemic, biotech company Genmab has given its employees one extra day off a month to do with as they please. In September, pharma firm Novo Nordisk rescheduled salary regulations so they’d come sooner for 50,000 employees. Just last week, vaccine maker Bavarian Nordic awarded its staff four additional vacation days after a busy year for the company.
