Novo Nordisk expands smart pen partnership with Biocorp, prepares launch in Japan

The Danish drugmaker and the French company are taking an additional step under their existing partnership, which centers on making an add-on device for a pre-filled insulin pen.

Just over a year after Novo Nordisk announced a partnership with Biocorp pertaining to the development of a Novo-specific version of the French company’s smart sensor dubbed Mallya, the two companies have decided to further the collaboration, a joint press release announces.
