Angry investors sue Enochian Biosciences and owner

A group of investors are suing Enochian Biosciences and its owner based on claims that they were misled over co-founder Serhat Gumrukcu, who is currently in police custody and charged with ordering the killing of a 49-year-old man.

Danish wealth magnate René Sindlev and his firm Enochian Biosciences have been sued by a group of dissatisfied investors who claim to have been misled, Danish business daily Børsen reports.

The case was brought after Serhat Gumrukcu, a cofounder and head researcher at the organization, was arrested and charged with ordering a murder for hire that cost a 49-year-old man his life.
