Board member leaves Bavarian Nordic due to potential conflict of interest

Elizabeth McKee Anderson is stepping down from the board of directors of Bavarian Nordic, as she has found another job that could conflict with her work at the Danish vaccine maker in the future.

After five years as a member of the board of directors, Elizabeth McKee Anderson is exiting Bavarian Nordic, the Danish company announced in a press release on Tuesday.

McKee Anderson is stepping down from the board with immediate effect because she has accepted position at another company, a role that ”may in the future conflict with her board position with Bavarian Nordic,” reads the statement.
