New share split beefs up acquisition power, says Lundbeck EVP

Lundbeck’s new share structure, which came into effect earlier this month, increases the firm’s acquisition capabilities should the right opportunity arise, says EVP and Head of R&D Johan Luthman.

In June, the Lundbeck Foundation implemented a new share structure meaning that all existing Lundbeck shares have been split into five – one A share and four B shares.
