Zealand Pharma board re-elected

After last week’s announcement of a large restructuring of the company, the members of the Zealand Pharma board decided by AGM votes were re-elected on Wednesday.

Zealand Pharma, which started a large restructuring of the organization last week, held its annual general meeting (AGM) last night, where all of the board members up for re-election were voted back in.
