Zealand Pharma board re-elected

After last week’s announcement of a large restructuring of the company, the members of the Zealand Pharma board decided by AGM votes were re-elected on Wednesday.

Zealand Pharma, which started a large restructuring of the organization last week, held its annual general meeting (AGM) last night, where all of the board members up for re-election were voted back in.

Martin Nicklasson, Kirsten A. Drejer, Jeffrey Berkowitz, Bernadette Connaughton, Leonard Kruimer, Alain Munoz and Michael J. Owen are therefore continuing to serve on the board. Nicklasson and Drejer are chairman and deputy chairman, respectively, and the board also includes four members chosen by employees.
