Ascendis aiming to become market leader

Ascendis Pharma, which received FDA approval for its weekly administered growth hormone Skytrofa from the FDA on Wednesday, is striving for market leadership, says Jesper Høiland, Global Commercial Officer at the company.

Ascendis Pharma has announced that it aims to become a market leader, Danish financial daily Børsen reports.

The company, which is based in Denmark and listed in the US, received approval from the FDA to market its first drug in the country on Wednesday.
