Novo Holdings acquires diagnostics company for USD 564m

The Welsh diagnostics company BBI Group will soon be in Danish hands, as Novo Holdings has taken over majority ownership of the firm.

Novo Holdings has been busy this spring, and now the fund is closing its first half-year with a large investment.

The Danish holding company reveals that it will be taking over majority ownership of BBI Group, whose main seat is in Wales in the United Kingdom, although it has offices around the world. The firm specializes in supplying products and services in diagnostics and life science.
