Global investment firm KKR buys Danish biotech firm share for USD 100m

Nordic Bioscience's owner group has sold a minority stake in the company to global investment company KKR for USD 100m.

For the first time, the owners of Nordic Bioscience have opted to sell out of the biotech company. US investment company KKR has acquired a minority share in the Danish company, according to a KKR and Nordic Bioscience press announcement in which they mention neither the size nor the proportional share of the invested sum.
